Channel Partners are strategic business partners who sell, implement, and support our solutions as part of their core business. Referral Partners simply refer leads for commission. Channel Partners receive higher margins, dedicated support, training, and marketing funds.
We don't require exclusivity for most partners. However, Platinum Partners may have exclusive rights in specific territories or verticals based on mutual agreement and performance commitments.
Training requirements vary by partner level. Silver Partners require at least 2 certified engineers, Gold requires 5+, and Platinum requires 10+. We provide comprehensive training programs and certification exams.
MDF funds are allocated based on partner tier and performance. Funds are typically provided as reimbursement for approved marketing activities like events, campaigns, or content creation, with a 50/50 co-funding model for higher tiers.
